We offer the following products and services

• Types – Laminate glazing, toughened or heat soaked toughened. Double laminate , DGUs, Triple glazing , standard or Solar glass
• Typical glass thickness range from  4mm laminate , or 6mm toughened  to 43 mm
• All glazing meets EU and UK standards for overhead glazing.
• 1000 Kg individual sheet overhead crane
• Maximum 4000mm x 2000mm solar glass or conventional sheet size

We also work with recognised architectural systems companies including Schueco.

We have particular expertise in provision of secondary glazing specialising in Solar PV Glass, Acoustic, High Rise facades and high performance thermal double and triple glazing within aluminium, timber, and glulam framings. We hold Accounts  with major UK Glass and Systems Houses across the Glazing Supply Chain

  • We can machine Aluminium profile lengths up to 6000 mm to a +/- 0.5 mm tolerance
  • We can accept a maximum Aluminium section dimensions of 200 x 150 mm
  • Frames can be bonded with either Low modulus  or Structural silicon
  • Frames can be manufactured with structural Taping
  • We offer a full solar gasket design, specification and selection service
  • We have particular expertise in design and manufacture of framing systems to accommodate all forms of solar panel electrical components including DC cabling , MC4 connectors, branch connectors , backing electrodes and cable runs.
• Ancillary solar Products – we manufacture in house all part pieces include
  • Pig nose glass fittings, spider clamps, mounting brackets, spindles, glass edge protection
• Sheet metal work – cutting, pressing, punching, forming, shaping , machining and drilling  of:
  • Aluminium/Steel/Stainless Steel/Plastics/ all grades
  • Maximum sheet size – 4000mm x 2000mm , Normally < 3000 mm
  • Range  1- 6 mm thickness , pressing

We are an approved Schueco and  Senior aluminium systems manufacturer.

The finished product will be assembled and tested as one piece in the factory to conceal and protect all solar glass electricals giving a seamless architectural look and finish.

Our bespoke service includes concept design so that the profile can accommodate your solar glass, detailed design of all part pieces and articulation drawings so all the parts fit together. We will manage the whole process from a manufacturing drawing to Die drawings, production of a extrusion Die, all the necessary approval and stages to produce test pieces, then selection of the most appropriate Mill to manufacture your cutting lengths.

We offer a full finishing, painting and taping service.

Your bespoke profile can then be machined in our Cambridge factory to suit your production or project requirement.

We offer a complete service to ensure the correct level of protection for your environment and can advise you on the  most appropriate product finish.

We can provide multi coat finishes and ensure in the design process that we take account of the finish tolerances so that all art pieces can be assembled correctly.

We specialise in provision for tought environments including marine , aviation and enhanced fire ratings.

We offer full project , construction and site manager direct labour including In house lifting capabilities with qualified in house AP’s and lifting operations manager.

Our partner RSK Milestone is company accreditated to ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 with Safe Contractor, Gold status approved. Our services are offered as a registered supplier with the UK rail industry’s Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS), and holds a Principal Contractor Licence for both Network Rail and TfL Infrastructure.
