Innovative Solar Roofing Systems
We source globally a wide range of solar glass to various specifications including:
- Monocrystalline
- Amorphous thin film
- Cadmium Telluride thin film
We specialise in sourcing transparent solar glass products. Commercially available transparencies are in the range 7 – 50% for monocrystalline and 10 – 50% for thin film but we also offer a bespoke service as well.
Depending on your sheet size preference, we can secondary process your preferred glass to double or triple glazing including to full Passivhaus standard.
All solar glass is available in a glass glass format, which we can engineer into a suitable framing system. We work with a large range of global solar glass OEMs to source any exacting specification. This includes cradle to cradle certification and also low carbon products. We take care of all logistics and import duties and will inspect the products prior to assembly so you do not have to worry about breakages or product imperfections.
We will correctly specify the right junction boxes and IP rating of electrical connectors so that they do not interfere with the aesthetic of the solar glass product.

Engineering and Professional Design Services
We provide a full suite of concept , detailed , manufacturing and installation design services including solar , mechanical, electrical and structural engineering.
We produce all solar reports, mechanical designs to the required Eurocodes, electrical designs inc. DC and AC single line diagrams, cable calculations, general arrangement drawings, assembly drawings, manufacturing drawings for solar glass modules and all ancillary areas inc. cable & containment routes, Inverter or plant room layouts and fixing details. We also offer a site survey service to run alongside the drawing facility to confirm dimensions, interfacing and build resolutions.
Precision Manufacturing and Fabrication
With a 22,000 ft² manufacturing facility, we deliver precision engineering solutions, including aluminium and steel fabrication, CNC machining, milling, and turning. Our state-of-the-art equipment enables us to process solar glass into framed modules with exacting tolerances. We also provide comprehensive glazing solutions, from secondary acoustic glass to high-performance triple glazing. Our factory-finished products are tested for durability, weather resistance, and electrical efficiency.
